Corrections Policy
How errors are reported and corrected
Accuracy matters to us. When we publish something wrong, we want to know, and we want to fix it clearly and promptly.
What we correct
Wrong names, dates, places, numbers or quotations; misattributions; missing credit; translation errors; material published without permission.
How to report an error
Email arshadiqbal162902@gmail.com with the subject “Correction”. Please include the article link or title, the exact statement, what you believe is correct with any source, and your contact details (kept private).
What happens next
We acknowledge your message APPROVE, check the claim against sources, and tell you the outcome. If we cannot confirm an error, we explain why.
How we mark corrections
| Type | What we do |
|---|---|
| Minor (typos, formatting) | Fixed without a note. |
| Substantive (fact, attribution, meaning) | Corrected, with a dated correction note. |
| Serious (undermines the main claim) | Prominent editor’s note, rewrite or, rarely, withdrawal, with explanation. |
Memories and disputed history
A different memory is not always an error. We may add context or note another account instead of changing the original.
Removing personal information
Write to arshadiqbal162902@gmail.com to withdraw consent or ask for removal for privacy or safety reasons.
Our commitment: we will not quietly rewrite substantive mistakes.
